Oral expression is the ability to convey wants, needs, thoughts, and ideas meaningfully using appropriate syntactic, pragmatic, semantic, and phonological language structures. Oral expression is NOT reading aloud or reading fluently. Basically, oral expression is the ability to convey one’s knowledge. 2
