Converting Graphics to buttons. 6 STEPS. Select graphic . ModifySymbol  Convert to Symbol. Step 1. Step 2: Name & click Button. Step 3. Open Library Panel. You should see your graphic button in there now. Window  Document Library. Double click button to open button editor. Step 4.

  2. Select graphic.ModifySymbolConvert to Symbol Step 1

  3. Step 2: Name & click Button

  4. Step 3 • Open Library Panel. You should see your graphic button in there now. • Window  Document Library

  5. Double click button to open button editor.

  6. Step 4 On button editor panel: • Click the OVER tab and Copy Up graphic. Select entire graphic again then in the LAYERS panel click the thumbnail next to the label “Bitmap”.

  7. Step 5 • In the property inspector change the stroke or color to something DIFFERENT. • Click the Active Area tab and deselect the Set Active Area Automatically option • Close up on the slice as close to the graphic on all sides.

  8. Step 6 • On the properties inspector label link appropriately (such as climbing.htm) • Repeat ALL STEPS for all graphic buttons. (Steps 1-6)
