In this Year 8 Badminton assessment unit, students are encouraged to set personal learning goals. Today's session focuses on accumulating and evaluating badminton skills learned over previous lessons, culminating in group activities and friendly doubles matches. Students will participate in a warm-up rally targeting 50 hits. They will rotate through various courts, engage with peers, and assess skill levels using provided videos. The session concludes with a game time, where students can apply their skills in a competitive environment while reflecting on their progress through structured feedback.
