Format • The works cited section of your paper should list all the works that have contributed ideas and information to your text. • Start the list of Works Cited on a separate sheet of paper. • Using the insert heading function on word, make your works cited page the lastpage of your essay and include your last name and page number. • Type the title Works Citedcenteredon the page.

  3. Format • Double space between the title and the entry. • Double space all entries. • Begin each entry flush with the left margin. If an entry runs more than one line, indent the following line or lines five spaces from the left margin. (Or use the tab key.) • Arrange entries alphabetically by the author’s last name. If there is no author given, use the first word in the title other than A, An, or The.

  4. Format • If you use http://easybib.com/ (and you should) please export your document into a Word or Google Docs– Do not copy and paste. • Once you have it in a Word or Google Doc – you can then copy and paste as the last page of your paper. • Please fill in as much information as you can in easybib– it should be easy to find the publisher or sponsor of the website and/or the last date it was updated…IF YOU LOOK. • I will be spot checking works cited pages to be sure your sources are valid and that you filled in all of the information that is available to you.
