  2. Birth • I was born on September 6, 1993 in Salt Lake City, Utah at the LDS Hospital. I think that I was born sometime in the morning.

  3. Family Members

  4. Schools Attended • In my life, I have attended only three schools. • These schools are: • Sunrise Elementary School • Indian Hills Middle School • Alta High School

  5. Pets • In the past, I have had only dogs, fish, and frogs. My absolute favorite animal was a dog we had named Quie. He was a small little white dog. He was very protective of my mom and would bark when people would ring the door bell. He looked like this.

  6. Hobbies • I have only a few hobbies. Here are a few of them:

  8. Favorite TV Shows I like all different kinds of television shows. I like reality shows, cartoons, game shows, and old sitcoms. A few of my favorite television shows are: • The Simpsons • Family Guy • Bewitched • Flashforward

  9. Favorite Music • My favorite kind of music is modern and upbeat. • I like music from the 50’s and 60’s. • I also like some kinds of classical music.
