MILO Activities (2) Collects, harmonises and communicates mil exercises/activities to the NOP office • accurate information in due time • (follow up) • network planning and ATFCM • unexpected impact on the network • appropriate mitigating measures • in place Support to Network Operations Plan MILO does not interfere with the national planning/coordination processes. MILO helps to implement and coordinate the plans at Network level, thus ensuring efficiency.

MILO Activities (3) Coordination of cross border operations (when required) MILO explains/clarifies the military requirements to the civil aviation community, thus ensuring better understanding of the civ – mil airspace allocation coordination. Support to military mission effectiveness Coordination of AAR on the Network level (EUCARF, MCCE) Military inquiry/issues with regard to the network operations (FPL, Crisis)
