    2. LNEAS DEL TIEMPO Son una representacin grfica del paso del tiempo. Propsito: permite a los alumnos aprender el sentido del tiempo histrico. Dependiendo de su propsito y contenido se pueden identificar nociones que nos permiten comprender el tiempo histrico: cambios, continuidades, duracin, sucesin, simultaneidad, etapas o periodos, etc.

    3. ACTIVIDADES PREVIAS Antes de iniciar la elaboracin de lneas del tiempo es importante que los estudiantes identifiquen y apliquen nociones histricas sobre medidas convencionales del tiempo: ao, siglo, milenio; representacin y significado de los trminos a.C y d.C.; representacin de los siglos en nmeros romanos.
