Chaco • This park wanted to add Indian voices to the interpretative center. • So in consultation with the culturally affiliated tribes two more intro explanations were provided – one from a Navajo and one from a Pueblo perspective. • Perhaps a good beginning, but neither Navajo nor Pueblo people are satisfied that the complexity of their relationships with Chaco is represented. • Also the scientists of the NPS discounted both Indian voice displays.
No one knows what these are so we just make up interpretaions. Really?
