  1. It sure seems that telling someone the truth is close to becoming “hate speech”! So, this sermon is probably going to be… Are we there yet? George Orwell (Eric Author Blair, 1903–1950, English novelist famous for his dystopian novel, “1984”) wrote, “During times of universal deceit, telling the truth becomes a revolutionary act.”

  2. Political Correctness is Anti-Christ

  3. What is “Political Correctness”? • Charlton Heston, “Political Correctness is tyranny with manners.” • See on a T-Shirt, “Political Correctness: Sensitivity Raised to a Ridiculous Level” • According to me, “Political Correctness is the effort of some who assume a position of moral superiority based on intellectual arrogance to coerce everyone else into abiding by rules of thought, words, or action designed not to offend anyone- except God and Christians, of course.”

  4. Why is “Political Correctness” Anti-Christ? • PC: You should never question anyone’s beliefs. Jesus: Matt.15:1-2 > vv.3-14 • PC: You must respect & accept everyone’s beliefs. Jesus: John 4:20-24 > vv.28-30,39-42 • PC: You should never hurt anyone’s feelings. Jesus: Matt.21:23-27 > vv.28-46 • PC: You should never tell anyone they’re wrong. Jesus: Mark 12:18-23> vv.24-27

  5. “Political Correctness” is therefore, Anti-Christian! Because: • PC: You should never question anyone’s beliefs. It removes the Authority of the Scriptures, Acts 18:24-28; 2Tim.3:16-17 • PC: You must respect & accept everyone’s beliefs. Removes Jesus as the Only Way: Acts 17:16-34; 4:11-12 • PC: You should never hurt anyone’s feelings. Removes possibility of Evangelism: Acts 18:1-8; 2:22-41 • PC: You should never tell anyone they’re wrong. Removes possibility of Edification: Acts 8:12-24; Matt.18:15-17

  6. Conclusions: • We’re not advocating unkindness or rudeness, obviously. Col.4:5-6;Eph.5:15-17 • But, if PC: Removes Jesus as theOnlyWay, Removes the Authority of the Scriptures, Removes the Possibilities of Evangelism, and Removes the Benefits of Edification, • It is anti-Christ and anti-Christianity and must be identified and opposed as a tool of the Devil! 1John 2:18-23; 4:3; Rev.12:13-17. Stand up for Christ & salvation in Him for everyone!
