  2. It’s Lions Christmas Hampers and Cakes time again! • Please find enclosed your information pack, posters for display, and order form to complete. This information is also available to download at www.lionsclubs.org.nz. • To enable us to guarantee your stock, orders must be received by Thursday 31st Octoberand be ordered in carton quantitiesONLY with a minimum order quantity of 1 carton. • You can email, fax, post or phone your order through to us. Contact details follow in this pack. Orders after Thursday 31st October will be accepted, subject to stock availability. • Orders can be delivered from Monday 18th November and will be delivered to you directly, to arrive around the date requested on your order form. • Please do not send payment with your order. An invoice with payment terms and details will accompany your delivery.
