TrabajoPorDerechosHumanos • Líderesindígenas • Tabajanpor el derecho al agua en sucomunidad, apoyandoobraspúblicasparafacilitarsuacceso. • El agua en Atla era controladapor caciques abusivos, a quienes no les gustó lo queestabanhaciendo. • Poresarazon los acusaron del robo de un auto (aunqueellos no sabenmanejar).

  3. JuicioInjusto • No se hizocaso a pruebaspresentadas a favor de J. Ramón y Pascual. • Todo el juiciofue en español, a pesar de quesulenguamaternaes el náhuatl. • Se usarontestigos y pruebasfalsas e incongruentes. • Resultaroncondenados a casi 7 años en prisión.

  4. Vida en la Cárcel • Ambos tienenesposas e hijos. Casi no los hanvisto en los últimos dos años. • En Septiembre se organizóunacaravana de solidaridad. • En Atla, el grupocaciquil ha recuperado el poderparcial del agua y el gobierno (como antes) no hace nada al respecto.

  5. Actualmente • Marzo: A.I. declaró a J.R. y Pascualpresos de conciencia e iniciócampañaporsuliberaciónjunto con el Centro ProDH. • El caso se encuentra en espera de un amparo en la SCJN. • Se necesitan MUCHISIMAS FIRMAS Y MENSAJES DE SOLIDARIDAD! • www.porjusticia.org
