  1. REPORT OF ACTIVITIES IN AREA V, RTI TABLE NO.171 Presented by: Tr. SameerBhargava Secretary, 2009-10

  2. Fellowship The 2nd AEX for the year 2009-10 of Area V was held on 8th of November , 2009  in Jaipur. The AEX was preceded by a party hosted jointly by Jaipur Tables on the 7th of November. It was well attended by the tablers Attended JJRT 191 Presents a Polo Charity Match

  3. Fellowship Topless Bus Ride - on15th Oct, 09, for RoshniKeDarshan. Annual Diwali Bus Ride by JPRT 171 Tablers. Every Diwali , the Colour, flavor of the festivity in Jaipur “Pinkcity” transforms it into a mythological towns of the Djinns, Kings & Queens. You have got see it to believe it…. As has been a tradition, all tablers families hitchhiked on a Topless Bus Ride (the bus was topless not us), to join celebration and to overlook and appreciate the Colourful Jaipur by Night. The Choleywalaat Johari bazaar was ready and equipped to handle the gluttons of jaipur very well… With some snacking and frolicking it was a good ride though we this year lighting in jaipur was not as great. But the fun is hangout and enjoy the envious and preying of all the passerby’s .  

  4. Fellowship Tr. Keshav’sSocial Tr. Keshav organised his social at HOTEL COUNTRY INN & SUITES. It was a BUSINESS TRIVIA QUIZ with three teams.

  5. Fellowship Tr. Ankur’s Social Tr. Ankur organised his social at HOTEL GOLDEN TULIP. It was an DUM MARO DUM on THE HIPPIE NIGHT.

  6. Fellowship Regular Sunday cricket JPRT Tablers along with kids have been playing regular Sunday cricket at Tabler Shisher’s House. Thanks to Tr. Shishir and Neeru for putting up with such a rowdy bunch almost every Sunday

  7. Projects Ground Breaking & Bhoomi pujan at Raj Gov. Primary School,Barala Ki Dhani, Dist.Jaipur– Maiden All Jaipur Tables School Project Raj Gov. Primary School,Barala Ki DhaniThe urge to build another Greenfield School Project in Jaipur marked the foundation of a maiden initative of All Jaipur Tables JPRT 171, JHRT 185 & JJRT 191 School Project.After a survey of couple of sites we finally Chose Raj Gov. Primary School, Barala Ki Dhani A remote village 70 kms on Jaipur –Chomu-Sikar highway. The Existing School This is a Department of Primary Education ,Gov. Of Rajasthan , run school. Its in a small field in a village of 18kms inside Highway on a single track muddy road, in a small village called Barla ki Dhani. in dist Jaipur.last year. At present its run under 4 poles and a tin roof it has 2 teachers and 25 students....There are no schools within 3-4 kms at the moment. The area nearby needs a school with a capacity for 100 plus students. Details of the Project:Its a Pure Greenfield "rural" project ,Sanctioned land is about 5 Bigha'sPhase 1: 3 classrooms upto class 3 would be built initially.Phase 2: 2 more classrooms will be added along with some FTE+ initativeAfter all the initial paperworks and legal documentations, the school site was adopted for the first ever Joint School Project of Jaipur Tables.

Projects Bhoomipujan Primary School,BaralaKiDhani, Dist.Jaipur The Ground Breaking :The Bhoomi Pujan for the Jt School Project was held on 7th November 2009.all students, Parents, Simiti Members & almost half the village alongwith fellow Tablers & Area Board of Area V were present in large numbers. Our Area V Chairman Tr Manish Kapoor and his spouse Cr Ruchika Kapoor laid the foundation stone for the School.It was a Dream Come True for them. They honoured the Chairman with their ‘Pagdi’. Sweets n snacks were distributed to the children and villagers.Projected date of completion of the 3 Classrooms including Toilet block would be 15th February 2010.

  9. Projects Project Jivan JPRT171 project was a part of Give India / Times of India and CII, a pan India social responsibility initiative. In 2 hrs we collected 50+ units of blood, majority of the donors were of 21-25 yrs age group, Refreshments, coffee & fruits were served to all Contact information Persons with rare blood group of B-ve & O-ve were added to our  list, so in case of emergency they can be called. The Event was covered by FM Radio(94.3) & Bhaskar TV: Tr.Tarun, (VC.JPRT171), Tr.Vikas(Chairman.JHRT185), Tr. Rajat(HR.con & Project Incharge. JPRT171) & myself gave small interview that will be broad casted.

Projects Project Free Medical and Blood Donation camp (19-21 Dec 2009) JPRT171 is a co-organiser with  ManavHitarthSansthan of a Free Medical and Blood Donation camp 2009 at ParishadBhavan, J.L.N Marg, Jaipur, Venue: ParishadBhawanOppVidhya Ashram School, Near DanikBhaskar, JLN Marg, Jaipur. EVENT INFORMATION Details: All the medical consultancy and medicines will be provided free of cost during the camp duration along with free blood testing, ECG, X-ray and sonography. Almost all medical stream Doctors from Delhi, Mumbai and MPs & MLAs, Higher Govt. Officials will also grace the event with their presence. Main highlight of the events were: - 7500 patients registered in this Camp & Pre Camps - 250 units of blood coleected on 20th Dec 09 - 105 terminal patients will receive long term Medical support for treatment by sponsor hospitals. - best quote by a patients*" this camp is like a hospital, but faster and more effective"* Sponsors: DanikBhaskar A Quarter page ad is being printed 3 times a week from 15 Nov and daily ad will run from 1st Dec to 21st Dec.

Publicity 2nd October 09: Gandhi JayantiCelebration: Schedule for Gandhi jayanti Blood Donation Camp 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Learning from Gandhi ji way of life Movie 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Play on Gandhi ji lifestyle 3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. Removing darkness from people’s hearts by lighting the candles in Gandhi Circle (students will be moving from Rambagh circle to Gandhi circle in order to encourage social welfare)  5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Distributing food to unprivileged and needy class 7:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Publicity • Jaipur Footprints '09 • The latest in this series is our participation in "JaipurFootprints'09 " Jaipur Footprints on 3rd December "JaipurFootprints'09 “ is a national seminar organized by Symbiosis Institute & International University, Pune and co-organized • by Times of India group on 3rd December at MaharanaPratapAuditorium.Jaipur • The mega event has selected 5 prominent NGOs from Rajasthan for display of their activity . RTI is one of them. • AVC Tr.SanjayPorwal, TarunBansal & Manish Kasliwal  represented RTI , on invitation as an NGO doing good social service. We have displayed our brochures and banners at a stall in the fair. its day long event. • This will give us major exposure in front of Press & youngsters

  15. Publicity 12 th Nov, for Publicity, Bhasker TV primetime news telecasted interview with the JPRT executive about JPRT , Ravi & Keshav on Talk show @ Radio City - 91.1 it was a 2 hour show On 15th Nov in between RTI week  . These were to spread the vision of Round Table India, Publicize Our Projects and FTE in and around Jaipur / Rajasthan. Tabler Ravi, Tarun & Alok of JPRT171 also gave RTI information on  FM Radio-  94.3.

  16. RTI Week 7 Nov : Saturday - Pre AEX Joint Party. 8 Nov : Sunday - Ground Breaking ceremony of Balara Ki Dhani School project                        Host Area 5 Aex. in Jaipur 9 Nov :Monday - Sports day, have badminton/ table tennis matches. 10 Nov ;Tuesday - National publicity day : Release RTI poster/stickers, Interview, Press release. 11 Nov : Wednesday - Business meet & informal get-together. 12 Nov : Thursday - MOVIE Cancelled due to Swine Flu 13 Nov : Friday -National Initative: Taare Zameen par : Painting competition can be held at Umang School. Cancelled due to Swine Flu 14 Nov : Saturday- Twinklers day out / RTI Fellowship Day we can have a Party at B2B or ORCA - Cancelled due to Swine Flu 15 Nov : Sunday- Heritage walk: Start our Sunday morning walks/picnics – Cancelled due to Swine Flu During the RTI  week, On 12 th Nov, for Publicity, Bhasker TV primetime news telecasted interview with the JPRT executive about JPRT , vision of Round Table India, Projects and FTE in and around Jaipur /Rajasthan. Tabler Ravi, Tarun & Alok of JPRT171 also gave RTI information on  FM Radio-  93.4
