Introduction • District 6 Data Collection Fund • Objective • Contribute to ITE Parking Generation Manual • Lack of trip data for multiplex theaters • Parking counts at 3 multiplex theaters • Portland, Oregon metropolitan area • All have isolated parking facilities • Peak Theatre Times (12:00 noon – 12:00 midnight) • Friday - November 25, 2005 (after Thanksgiving) • Monday - December 26, 2005 (after Christmas) • Friday - December 30, 2005 (before New Years Eve) 3
