  2. R&DA and its members and associates have demonstrated superb support to the military and those affiliated with the military • Wounded Warrior Support • Byer Scholarship Program • Special Charity Events

Wounded Warrior Support As of 6 October, support to Wounded Warriors is equivalent to $363,000 for 2008 • R&DA support is provided to Wounded Warriors and their families where all other programs fail. • We validate needs with the military hospitals and support organizations. • We obtain approval to expend funds with Board review. NO overhead charges.

  4. Byer Scholarship • Award honorariums to deserving students in areas that will affect subsistence and packaging support to the government • Since 2001 and now expanded to a minimum of three students per year • Thanks to our 2008/2009 donors

  5. Charities • 2008 Buddy Walk at Fort Sam Houston • Sixteen companies supported this event by cash and merchandise donations. • This is the 4th year of this outstanding support.

  6. Conclusions • RDA and its members support the military in their requirements. • Also give back to the community in many ways. • R&DA and its affiliates are a giving example of the highest order. THANKS TO ALL OF YOU!!
