OER business models • Institutional: theeducationalinstitution covers thecost for OER productionandpromotion • Governmental: resources are createdwithgovernmentaltargets in mind, normallyfullyfinancedbytheState • Commercial : theuserpays ( a symbolicamount) for partsofthecontet, tutoringorcertification (ex.
