Egg Cup • Equipment: • 1 ramekin • 1 small bowl • 1 fork • Ingredients: • 1 slice of bread • 2 eggs • 1 pinch of salt • 1 pinch of pepper Preparation: none  Preheat oven to 220 degrees celcius Flatten bread with the palm of your hand Line ramekin with your bread Crack egg into a small bowl and whisk Season with a little salt and pepper Pour in egg Cook for about 20 minutes
