  26. Further refinement and development of this resource is required because at the moment this is all just hypothetical, with the main obstacle being the lack of online connectivity via WiFi or 3G networks at the point of delivery.

  27. There are also issues of file size when using Wikispaces, hence I have had to use shorter videos and am unable to upload this completed Presentation. This could be overcome with a permanent site.
