  9. How Does It Work? An associate joins any Market Center and names you as their sponsor. The associate closes transactions and pays their normal franchise fee. KW contributes a portion of its franchise fee to your Growth Share. Note: You are sharing in the company’s income. Growth Share is automatically paid to you at the end of each quarter.
