This study focuses on the systematic selection and refinement of full-length cDNA (FLcDNA) candidates from a pool of over 90,000 high-quality 3'-end ESTs, identifying 5,926 potential candidates. Through stringent filtering for cloning structures and sequencing quality, including the removal of entries lacking key components such as 5' SSPA and polyA tails, we narrowed down our list to 5,443 finalized FL candidates, alongside 4,664 finished sequences. The methodology employed ensures high accuracy and reliability for subsequent cloning efforts.
