How does NWTC choose and purchase computers? • Bidding process – Prefer HP • Many computers are on a 3 year cycle where they get refreshed and newer technologies are brought in to stay current with the industry “I choose models and specifications based on the software, operating system, use, life expectancy etc. We stick with specific models and types to try and keep everything the same for the images and deployment.” – Chris Schlapman, Computer Service Manager at NWTC
