    15. The local workshops The 'Intensive Management in Type 2 Diabetes' workshops, provide a programme to support all components of insulin initiation. With the central focus on the individual with diabetes, the Trainers deliver the course using a range of learning styles. Accreditation is achieved through demonstrating the ability to initiate and manage insulin therapy appropriately.
