Facts About the Trip • Dates: May 12th – May 15th, 2015 • Price: $1,349 for 4-student room– $1499 for 2-student room- Includes airfare, all meals, hotels • Registration: $99 – Due July 1st, 2014 • Payment Protection Plan (PPP) - $139 (in case of cancellation) • July 1st - March 3rd , 2015- $1,379 for Quad, $1529 for Double • Adult to Student Ratio: 1:10 to 1:8

  3. Carry-on luggage only • Can bring souvenir money (no more than $50 recommended) • Nurse travels with us to administer medication, take care of minor injuries, and to tend to ill children • Private guards stationed on hotel floors from 10pm-6am • Students with a buddy at all times and in chaperone groups in every public place • Need a minimum of 35 students for trip to take place

  4. Payment plan available, no fees • Only staff members are able to chaperone, with the exception of the nurse • 5% discount if trip paid in full by July 1, 2014 • 3% discount if 50% of trip paid by July 1, 2014 • Best place to register is: www.schooltoursofamerica.com
