Reengineering Vendor Fees

This case study explores the challenge of high vendor fees at Oxford Village Market, currently set at $200 per season. To address this, we propose a reengineering strategy focused on reducing fees to $100, identifying alternative income sources, and implementing cost-saving measures. Key initiatives include launching a sponsorship program, enhancing online presence, and engaging the community through events like a monthly raffle. As a result, five new vendors and nine sponsorships were secured, leading to a 62% increase in vendor revenue and a 67% growth in customer email lists.
