Compliance Review Outcomes • 9 withdrew QF self-certification • QFs not built or facilities no longer operate as QFs • Discovered numerous undisclosed changes in ownership structure
Present and Continuing Efforts • 20 compliance review letters issued in 2005; intend to issue 50 • Increased scrutiny of self-certifications
