  3. PROJECT:IGEM 2013REPORTING PERIOD: AUGUST 2013 Impacts of the Project in year 2012 • RM1.2 Billion of business leads achieved • 65K of visitorships • IGEM2012 featured over 600 booths from 24 countries with seven international pavilions from Austria, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, Korea and the European Union, which led an international entourage of over 330 unique organisations in all eight major sectors. • Photos of activities for the period of reporting • IGEM Unipole at Sg Besi Highway • Challenges • Drop in visitorship due to tighter security. • We got to strive to sustain the Business Leads KPI at RM1.2 Billion despite the tighter security which we anticipate due to Global Entrepreneurship Summit; which will definitely lead to fewer B2B participation and indirectly will lead to lower reporting of figures. • Actions • To give proper security guidelines to all exhibitors as well as to visitors via proper A&P platform.
