  3. Challenges faced • General English ability • Bridging between Junior and Senior Forms • Requiring good English in answering DBQs and Essays • Gap between interests and sense of ability • Dropping rate in choosing History in S4

  4. Problem identified • Losing link among teaching, learning and assessment • Teaching: good! • Learning attitude/interest: good! • Assessment result: poor • Textbook---workbook---test/exam. papers??
