Developmental 2011-2012 Winter Program Blue Devil Throwers
Blue Devils, Hopefully everyone did well on their exams and are ready to prepare for the upcoming indoor season. Here is a 3-day lifting program that will aid you in increasing strength in preparation for the upcoming season. I have also included a core series.
