  3. Samopregledovanje dojk-potrebno se je naučiti!

  4. Deseti dan menstruacijskega ciklusa, če nimate več menstruacije, si določite datum same! Kdaj?

  5. Zakaj? Zgodnje odkrivanje bolezenskih sprememb.

  6. Kako? S pravilnim in rednim vsakomesečnim samopregledovanjem celotnih dojk, podpazdušnih bezgavk in bezgavk ob ključnici!

  7. Če začutitespremembo, zatrdlino, obiščite zdravnika. NE oklevajte!

  8. Po petdesetem letu pojdite na mamografijo!
