Where We’ve Been … • Witham Memorial Hospital opened its doors in 1915 • Witham added to the old hospital in the 1930’s, 1950’s and 1970’s • Witham opened a new Medical Office Building in 1998 (South Pavilion) • Witham opened its new hospital in 2002 • Witham Health Services at Anson was opened in October, 2009 • Witham added an additional Medical Office Building in July, 2010 (North Pavilion)

  4. Witham Health Services Today… • Witham Health Services is licensed for 80 beds and we currently operate with 52 beds • Witham currently has offices located in Crawfordsville, Lebanon, Jamestown, Thorntown, Whitestown (Anson), and Zionsville
