  1. Data Warehouse Details of the data warehouse have not been finalized. Still need to finalize: Data to be included in warehouse Who will have access Security Training DOE approval to release to districts More information should be available by December of 2006.

  2. Internet Web Reporting (IWR) This is the web based reporting system connected to each districts E-School Plus server, DELSIS accommodations and other DOE data tables.

  3. Internet Web Reporting (IWR) The main page of the IWR is called the NewsIndex (also called the NewsBox). This NewsIndex will have a list of report categories.

  5. Internet Web Reporting (IWR) Clicking on one of the report categories will bring up a list of reports currently available under the category. For example, clicking on Special Services provides the following list of reports:

  6. Internet Web Reporting (IWR) Reports may be in several different formats such as PDF, Excel and CSV. For example, clicking on Discipline provides the following list of reports in various formats:

  7. Internet Web Reporting (IWR) Some reports will have prompts to select specific information such as school year, building, grade, etc. The following accommodations report prompts for school year, building and test season.

  11. Cognos Impromptu Cognos Impromptu is the report writer used to create the standardized reports and post them to the districts’ IWRs. Reports can be created on data in E-School as well as a number DOE data tables.
