The Public Involvement (PI) Manual is currently being revised in response to comments received during the public comment period. Anticipated completion is late March to early April, pending FHWA approval prior to publication. Key focus areas include streamlining the process, differentiating between Environmental Justice (EJ) and Title VI, proactive engagement with stakeholders, and balancing community needs with project interests.
