The nodes are colored according to the 6hours results (red-up, green-down). • please zoom in to see the numbers for each node that are significant: For CR001, the only number is the fold changes at 6 hrs after LPS, as the significant genes are identified over the time course. For CR003 lysis, N, T, the first two number are the fold changes at 2 hrs and 6 hrs after LPS, and the third the FDR at 6 hrs For CR003 MO, the first number is the fold changes at 6 hrs after LPS, and the third the FDR at 6 hrs
