An irrigation controller-is a device to operate automatic irrigation systems such as lawn sprinkler system and drape irrigation system. Most controllers have a means of setting the frequency of irrigation, the start time, and duration of watering. Some controllers have additional feathers such as multiple programs to allow different watering frequencies for different types of planets, rain delay settings, input terminals for sensors such as rain and freeze sensors, soil moisture sensors, weather data and remote operation. There are tow basic types of controllers: electric and hydraulic. Most automatic irrigation valves are diaphragm valves, in which the water above the diaphragm must be discharged for the valve to open..
in a hydraulic system, the controller and valves are connected via small plastic tubes approximately 4mm( y4in)in diameter The controller opens the tube connected to the valve, allowing that valve to open. Most newer systems employ electric controllers.In this scenario, the controllers is connected to an electrical circuit that operates a solenoid is attached to the valves(solenoid valves).when the solenoid is actuated the water above the diaphragm is relieved and the valve opens. Although sophisticated controllers that allow irrigation schedules to be automatically adjusted according to the weather have been available for many years, until recently these controllers were out of reach of the average consumer. One type is evapotranspiration controllers or ET controllers.
ترجمه:کنترل کننده ی آبیاری وسیله ای برای بهره برداری خودکار سیستم های آبیاری نظیر سیستم های آبیاری بارانی در زمین های چمنی و سیستم های آبیاری قطره ای است .اکثر کنترل کننده ها وسیله ای برای کار گذاشتن تناوب آبیاری،از شروع و طول دوران آبیاری هستند.اکثر کنترل کننده ها قسمت دیگری نظیر برنامه های چندگانه به منظور تناوب های آبی متفاوت برای انواع مختلف گیاهی، تنظیمات باران تاخیری،ورودی انتهای برای حسگرهایی نظیر بارندگی و یخبندان، حسگرهای رطوبت خاک، دادهای هوا کنترل عمل.دو نوع کنترل کننده اساسی وجود دارد،هیدرولیکی و الکتریکی.اکثر شیرهای آبیاری خودکار،شیرهای دیافراگمی هستند که درآن آب بالای دیافراگم باید برای باز شدن شیرها تخلیه گردد در سیستم های هیدرولیکی کنترل کننده ها و شیرها بوسیله لوله های پلاستیکی کوچک با قطر در حدود 4 میلیمتر(1/4 اینچ)به یکدیگر متصل می شوند .
تنظیم کننده ها لوله های متصل به شیرها را باز کرده،اجازه باز شدن شیرها را می دهد.اکثر سیستم های جدیدتر از تنظیم کننده های الکتریکی استفاده می کنند.در این سناریو ،تنظیم کننده ها به مدار الکتریکی متصل هستند که سلونوئیدهای متصل به لوله ها را به راه می اندازند(شیرهای سلونوئیدی).با راه اندازی سلونوئیدها آب بالای دیافراگم رها شده و شیرها باز می شوند.اگرچه تنظیم کننده ی پیشرفته که برنامه زمانبندی آبیاری را به طور خودکار برطبق آب و هوا تنظیم می کنند از سالها قبل در دسترس بوده اند،تا این اواخر این تنظیم کننده ها از میانگین مصرف،کمتر بوده اند.یکی از انواع تنظیم کننده ها،تنظیم کننده های تبخیر وتعرق یا تنظیم کننده ی موسوم به ETمی باشد .
