Disconnect for Non-Pay Received After Move In/Switch Scheduled -4 -3 -2 -1 1 2 3 4 Move In/ Switch scheduled date Before After Scenario 3 Scenario 1 Scenario 2 • Scenario 1: DNP Scheduled at least 2 days prior to existing Move In/Switch requested date • TDSP will work the DNP and then work the Move In/Switch on the requested date. If the TDSP has completed the DNP the gaining CR will be charged a reconnect fee or off-cycle switch charge (depending upon which is applicable) to complete and energize the service for the Switch, if the transaction is a Move-In request a service connection fee would be applied. Note: AEP and Oncor will charge a reconnect fee, CNP will charge for an off-cycle switch • Scenario 2: DNP scheduled less than 2 days from Move In/Switch requested date • TDSP will return the DNP unexecutable and will work the Move In/Switch as requested. Also, the TDSP may read meters +/- 2 business days from the scheduled read date; therefore, Switches and Move-ins may be completed prior to the requested date. The TDSP has up to 3 days to complete a DNP request. • Scenario 3: DNP scheduled after existing Move In/Switch requested date • TDSP will return the DNP unexecutable and work the Move In/Switch • Scenario 4: Gaining REP attempts to cancel Move In/Switch within 2 days of schedule date • Gaining REP must file FasTrac Day-To-Day Issue. Note: Scenario 2 occurs less than 1/10%

Move In/Switch Received After Disconnect for Non-Pay Scheduled Scenario 1 Scenario 3 Scenario 2 -4 -3 -2 -1 1 2 3 4 Before Disconnect for non-pay scheduled After • Scenario 1: Move In/Switch requested at least 2 days prior to scheduled DNP date • TDSP’s will work the Move In/Switch on requested date and unexecute the DNP • Scenario 2: Move In/Switch requested within 2 days after DNP scheduled date • TDSP’s will work the Move In/Switch on requested date and unexecute the DNP. • Scenario 3: Move In/Switch received and scheduled more than 2 days after the scheduled DNP date • TDSP will accept the DNP and work the Move In/Switch on the requested date. If the TDSP has completed the DNP the gaining CR will be charged a reconnect fee or off-cycle switch charge (depending upon which is applicable) to complete and energize the service for the Switch, if the transaction is a Move-In request a service connection fee would be applied. • Note: AEP and Oncor will charge a reconnect fee, CNP will charge for an off-cycle switch
