South Carolina Standards 2.1.c, 2.3.b, 2.3.e, 2.4.a

  3. Questions? What is recycling? Why do we recycle? What exactly can we recycle? Reduce, Reuse, Recycle…SAY WHAT?!

  6. What can we recycle? • Paper • Plastics • Cardboard • Batteries • Electronics • Aluminum • Oil • Glass

  7. Reduce, Reuse, Recycle?! • Reduce- Using less resources. For example, stop using so many napkins for your PB&J! • Reuse- Before you dispose of anything, consider if it has any life left to it. For example, use your towel more than once before washing it! • Recycle- Organizing things as a group so that they can be reused for our good.
