  4. Cancellation form with a cut-off date signed by the landlord Contract copy of the tenancy agreement Attested tenancy contract- Ejari copy Copy of valid passport with signature and visa page. Visa page is not applicable for UAE nationals. Documents Individual tenant:

  6. After all these documents are ready you have two options: Physically present it to one of the customer care representatives at the Dubai Office. Submit online via email customercare@emicool.com.

  7. Once this done, the customer care representative will calculate any outstanding bill for landlords within 2 hours. After the landlord clears this*, the new tenant can pay the security deposit and sign the End Users Agreement along with the landlord. The connection is provided on the same day the contract is signed.
