  3. Your bag • Notice how your computer fits inside. (It was upside down when you got it so they could scan the barcode easily.) Turn it the correct way. • Be sure to zip tightly • Extra pouch for papers • Your ID should be visible at all times

  4. Your computer • Where is the power button? • Turn it on and log in using your district ID and password • Do you see all of your documents? • Notice the track pad, buttons, and area between the buttons. What are they for? • What is the “red dot” for?

  5. Getting on the internet • When you are at school, you need to be on I21WIRELESS • When you are outside of school, you need to be on 3G • Click here for a video that shows how switch from I21WIRELESS to 3G

Things to remember • Bring your computer to school everyday • Absolutely NO Food or drink near the computer • Always shutdown from the start menu- shutdown at the end of school and at home before you come to school. • Be sure to zip your bag tightly • Charge your computer EVERY night • Keep your charger in your bag • Netbooks are for school stuff ONLY • Report problems right away
