Emerging Technologies Committee

The Emerging Technologies Committee, established in April 2010, consists of a dynamic group of five librarians dedicated to exploring and implementing innovative solutions to improve library services. This committee meets monthly to collaborate, share ideas, and discover new technologies relevant to libraries. Key accomplishments include the development of mobile applications, increased integration of QR codes, and planning for a more standardized online presence. Future initiatives focus on enhancing mobile device usage and expanding marketing efforts. Join us in shaping the future of library technology!
