From Loyalty Points to Learning Credits • Reward points are assigned based on orders • Set up in the CCLT, periodically (currently quarterly) • Customer Team Captain is notified of available loyalty points • Customer Requests redemption as LC • CLC PM approves the transfer and assign in LCMT • Conversion is 100 points = 1 LC • Credits are available Education! • CISCO LEARNING CREDITS • Learning Partner can use as regular LCs • Customer will see the consumption as regular LCs • CISCO CUSTOMER LOYALTY

  5. CCL Customer Dashboard • Secure portal accessible on Web and on Mobile Phones • Customers can check latest balances of reward points thru a designated Team Captain login • Points Balance Statements, Redemption Transactions can be viewed • Monthly Notification Emails
