  2. Dress Code The band are also dressed as high school students matching the film and set Casual, set in high school Hat in summer – shows he’s different from the others Dress code in video reflects the style and nature of the film (Loser)

Lyrics • Talking about life of teenager  obvious in lyrics “I’m just a teenage Dirtbag baby” • “I have a dream about her”  at start it shows him dreaming (about the whole song) • “It’s prom night and I am lonely”  shows prom in video (next line is shown in video) • “This must be fake”  after showing ending we see it is fake. • All symbolising main protagonist as a loser, linking to the film it is in. • Lyrics are representing mood of confusion and disbelief at the end • Lyrics represent and reflect every day life of a teenager (e.g. crushes etc.)
