Working individually or in small groups, they will identify relevant problems, like the extent of teens' time on networking sites or the risks of sharing personal information. Options include public service announcements, posters, or digital documents, with a focus on research-based strategies for safe online behavior.

  3. Product & Groups • Students will present their information to the class in the form of a product of their choice. • You may work in groups of 2, 3, 4 or independently

State a Problem or Concern • Begin by stating a problem or concern that they have about the topic: • Do teens spend too much time on educational network sites? • Do teens casually give out personal information to strangers? • How can by-standers help end cyberbullying? • What is the law when it comes to cyberbullying?

  9. Homework • Encourage students to research further online at home or the library (with assistance).
