This tutorial explains the steps to find and format citations for articles in ProQuest databases. Start by clicking on the title of your desired article on the results page. Then, select the “Cite” link located at the top, which will open a citation box displaying the article's citation in APA format. You can change the citation style by selecting from options like MLA or Turabian. Ensure that the citation details are accurate, particularly regarding the format required for database retrieval. For questions, contact the information desk.

This tutorial will demonstrate how to find the citations for articles in the ProQuest databases.
In the ProQuest results page, click on the title of the article you wish to cite.
Click on the link for “Cite” in the options near the top of the page.
A box will pop up that displays the citation for the article in APA, but using the drop down box and clicking on the “change” button, you can select the citation in MLA, Turabian, etc. Be sure to check that the citation is correct (for instance, in this example the link to the database is not the preferred information for an article retrieved from a database, check the APA guide for what is required).
