As a first-year college student, I encourage fellow freshmen to pursue higher education, whether through a college, community college, or university. Continuing your education beyond high school is a wonderful opportunity for personal growth and learning. Southern Connecticut State University (SCSU) offers affordability, while Yale University is known for its high-quality education. The University of New Hampshire (UNH) has an outstanding criminal investigation program, and Housatonic Community College provides valuable two-year degrees that can pave the way to a university. Every first-year student should embrace the college experience for lasting memories.

Recommendations As a first year college student (freshman) I would recommend to any other first year college student to go to college. It doesn’t matter if it is a college ,community college or university just go. Continuing your education level higher than a high school diploma is a wonderful and exciting way you grow to learn that any school like the ones mentioned before in previous slides could be the right one for you. SCSU is a great because its one of the affordable universities around. Yale is great because they study at a high quality level. UNH is great because has an excellent criminal investigation program and lastly Housatonic Community College have 2 year degrees that can lead you into a university of your choice. I stress that first year students go to at least one form of these colleges so they have an experience of remembrance.
