Retakes will be given ONLY with a complete review crossword – I have no extras, they are online for you to print • Good time to start a new notebook • Can clean out folder from old papers (if you do not plan on a retake) • Do the 18 Terms to Know BELL SCHEDULE FOR TODAY: PERIOD 1:8:40-9:21 PERIOD 2: 9:26-9:57 PER 3/4/5: 10:02-10:33 PER 5/6/7: 10:38-11:09 PERIOD 8: 11:14-11:45 Think of today as your “5 classes” not 8 periods

Your group will have 4 cards: Brainstorm & come up with these items as a group 1 card – one word that is a synonym for “revolution” 1 card – an example of a revolution (name it, don’t describe it) 1 card – one word connected to “revolution”, helps to describe “revolution,” connected to it 1 card – double-up on one of the other 3 Revolution!

  7. Explain Newton’s greatest discovery. • He explained the laws of force and motion. • Gravity is the force that pulls objects towards each other. It depends on the mass of each object and the distance between. • He agreed the Earth and other planets move around the Sun but proved they move in oval paths, not “perfect circles.” • The reflector telescope he invented was more powerful. It used mirrors to gather light.
