Highlights of 2006 Activities • Six Technical Dinner Meetings and One Tour • Physician Order Entry System • Trends in Airborne Radar Systems – Student Appreciation Night • Active Learning for Speech Recognition – Department of Defense • Modeling and Simulation of Biological Constructs - WPAFB • Arc Flash Hazard Calculations • “Trek in the Himalayas” – Institute Night • Toledo Edison RDO Tour • Most Successful Activities • Physician Order Entry System • Combined Medical and Engineering Disciplines • Attracted New Faces to the Meeting • Arc Flash Hazard and Toledo Edison RDO Tour • Offered 1.0 PDH for each meeting for License Renewal • Increased participation by ~ 50%

Plan for 2007 • Present a Technical Program each Month • New Technical Programs Chair is GOLD • Tailor Technical Program to the interests of Recent Graduates • Continue to offer PDH for License Renewal • Provide Value to IEEE Membership • Celebrate Toledo Section Centennial • Plan joint Centennial Celebration with nearby Cleveland Section • Attract a Well Known Speaker for Institute Night • Publicize event via Local Media
