Konrad Szota. Diary from Cyprus. We arrived from the airport in Paphos to OELMEK hotel and stayed there for one night. I was very tired so I went to sleep. We will go swimming in the hotel pool tommorow. Friday , 27th September.

  2. We arrivedfromtheairport in Paphos to OELMEK hotel and stayedthere for one night. I was very tired so I went to sleep. We will go swimming in the hotel pooltommorow. Friday, 27th September

  3. We got upearlierthanothers to swim in a poolinthe hotel. We visitedArcheological Park in Paphos, beautifulharbor, Tombs of the Kings, ancienttheater of Kounan and the Rock of Aphrodite. After the tour we ate in Pizza Hut and went to our exchangefriends’ houses. The pizza was delicious. Saturday, 28th September

  4. We got upearly, atecereal for breakfast and went to the beach in the city whichname I can’t remember. We spent a great time there and went homeat 8 o’clock! When we arrivedhome I was tired so I decided to go to sleep. Sunday, 29th September

  5. We hadtraditionalCypriotbreakfast in theirschool. We attended the Cyprus Independence Day. We had Comenius activitiesattheschool, too. In the afternoon we visited the old city of Nicosia, VenicianWalls, Ledra Street and the „Green Line” border. My friendtold me that it is the fakeborder . Monday, 30th September

  6. We visitedAvia Napa Monastery and ThelassaMuseum. We were also athebeach and it was a nice place to play in water. We played a gameinwhich I was throwing my glassesintothewater and thensomeonedived for them. It was funny. Tuesday, 1st October

  7. We had Comenius presentation and ceremonyintheschool. The Polish presentation was presented by Maja Gewald and Natalia Baczewska. We also presentedactivitiesfrom the project and we plannedfutureactivities. The presentation was nice. Wednesday, 2nd October

  8. We hadworkshopsatschool. We weredividedinto international Polish-Cypriotgroups. We cooperated in the groups to create materials for theproject. I was in group of 5 with Julia and our partners. We worked out a trilingualmini-dictionary of parapsychologyterms. We learnt „the Dance of Ghosts”. We created materials of Cypruslegends and myths. There was exhibition of photoscalled „theMysteriousCyprus”. We designed the superhero - PolCyprus and we created a comicbookwith his adventures in Cyprus. This is the first part. We createdpresentations and films etc. about our favouritefilmsconnectedwiththetopic of fantasy. We met at the swimmingpool and watchedfilms. Thursday, 3rd October

  9. We got upearly to visit the beautifulArchbishop’sPalace, Cyprus Folk Art. Museum, the Museum of National Struggle, the house of HadjiyiorkatsisKornesios, LeventisMuseum and Ledra Street. It was a long day. Friday, 4th October

  10. We wereintheTrodos Mountains whichlookedamazinglybeautiful. We visitedKalopanayiotisVillage, St. John Monastery and Kykkos Monastery there. We weredividedintotwogroups – theMysteryHunters and theGuards of Mystery. I was theGuard of Mystery. We gavehints for theMysteryHunters and they followed our directions. It was very funny. Saturday, 5th October

  11. We were in the Mall of Cypruswith other students from Cyprus and Poland. In the evening we hadgoodbyeeveningat a traditionalCypriottavern. Everyone was crying but some of the studentswere happy of goinghome Sunday, 6th October
