  3. Introduction • During my stay abroad, in Exeter, from 8 to 15 february, I go on a work placement in the primary school whose name is PINHOE.

  4. PINHOE Exeter EX4 8PE EX4 8PE • PINHOE is a recent establish, to locate to fifteen minutes from the town centre of Exeter. • This is a very fine establish, there are eleven classrooms with one or two teachers by class. The staff count twelve teachers who are helped by twelve teaching Assistants. There are three persons for the administration, more a librarian. I think that this is a very good primary school with a staff very dynamic and competent. • PINHOE

  5. Time day of a school kid • A school kid arrive at 9 o’ clock and they change his shoes for an other shoes which stay at school. After, he goes to run or make of the exercise for to wake up. Then, He goes back in a classroom and the teach start. At 12:30, he goes to eat his lunch with everybody. The price(lesson) start back around 14 o’clock and he works especially afternoon. The school finish at 15:30. There’re a lots of differences between the English education and a French education ! The English education is strictest than the French education which wants a lots of results.

  6. My activities • During this week, we taught the French with Benjamin Benquet to the different classes. • The last day,the afternoon, we are gone with a group of pupils who learnt how to read a map. That was very interesting for the children and us.

  7. Ending • After my stay abroad, now, I’m sure that don’t want to be teacher( but I was sure before). • I find that the English education is better than the French education. • I think that English people get ahead in education for children. We are late! • On the whole, I don’t know if I liked my stay abroad because I don’t feel at ease with the children but the staff was really kind with us. • The English people is very pleasant and I want really come back in England for to learnt to English and to discover their culture !
