10-25-12 Objectives: • To analyze author’s purpose in the “Prologue” to Canterbury Tales. • To relate characters, setting, and theme of the “Prologue” to historical, social, and economic ideas of the time.
Today’s Agenda: • Journal • Fill out Character Chart • Each table will be assigned different pilgrims and then share your findings with the rest of the class. • At the end of class, everyone will turn in a completed chart.
