PRIPRAVA BUČNEGA OLJA. Najprej poberemo buče z njive. Očistimo, operemo in posušimo semena. Nato seme odnesemo v oljarno. Očiščena bučna semena najprej zmeljejo…. Zmleta semena. … nato pa jim dodajo vodo in sol ter jih zgnetejo. Zgnetena masa.

  4. Nato seme odnesemo v oljarno.

  5. Očiščena bučna semena najprej zmeljejo…

  7. … nato pa jim dodajo vodo in sol ter jih zgnetejo.

  8. Zgnetena masa.

  9. Bučno maso pražijoin nenehnomešajo, da izparivsavoda.

  10. Maso napolnijo v stiskalnico, iz katere priteče temno zeleno olje.

  11. Končni izdelek.
