DSD Program Symphony Highlights • Real-time two way interface between SAP and VoCollect • Pick to Location versus pick to material • Material/UPC check digit will be utilized to verify replenishment and picking accuracy • Easier to train new employees/drivers with the VoCollect solution, no need to memorize material numbers • Post Goods Issue (PGI) will take place upon picking completion • Actual quantities will be updated on the delivery after picking • Deliveries with short or zero picks will now be invoiced correctly, significantly reducing the management of customer credits and picking corrections • VoCollect will automatically trigger the PGI and send the customer ASN (EDI) • SAP will generate and print the Invoice, BOL, and Packing List • Handling Units (HUs) will be applied to each pallet (known today as ASN label) • Printers will be located on the warehouse floor near dock to print label • Any customer can be converted to ASN with minimal warehouse effort • Enables building of perfect pallets to expand the customer ASN program • Fully supported internally by Kellogg IT and externally by VoCollect
